Return & Refund Policy

At Gypsy Pools, each order is custom-prepared and scheduled in advance to ensure a smooth shipping, delivery and/ or installation experience. Due to the nature of our business and high demand, we have a strict return policy.

Refunds/Cancellations

We do not offer refunds once your pool is shipped or delivered/installed.

We offer a refund up to 5 days after you place your order minus:                             

-10% for cc processing and a restocking fee*                                                                                -15% for purchases that were financed*                                                                                     *If you added a paint job and prep has started on your tank, this will also be deducted from your refund.

(If you put a deposit down prior to our website and process changes 

Rescheduling

We can reschedule your shipment/delivery/install within 2 weeks of your scheduled date. We know life can happen, so please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to work with you. While we cannot guarantee rescheduling with a less than 2 week notice, we certainly will try. 

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your product for any damage before you accept it. If your pool or equipment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take reasonable steps to resolve it, which may include replacement of parts or repairs at our discretion. Issues reported more than 48 hours after installation may not be eligible for full coverage. Our pumps and heater/chiller combos have a 1 year manufacturer warranty. 

*THESE ARE STOCK TANKS ORIGINALLY INTENDED FOR LIVESTOCK: Imperfections like dents and dings are normal. The steel tanks come nested in sets of 3 so they vary in size by 2-6inches. For the hybrids, the look of poly tank rim will vary due to the variation in tank sizes. The poly tank may also have small imperfections and discolorations due to the manufacturing process, these factors do not it do not affect the integrity or functionality of the poly tank. 

Customizations

Painted tanks and custom features are made to order and are non-refundable once production begins. We are not responsible for wear due to environmental factors or misuse. We provide spare paint for touch ups with your orders because sometimes small chips can occur in transit. It is easily fixed though!
